Rates and Fee Information
Standard Rental Rates:
Peak Season November-March $250/night
Off Peak Rates – $225/night
All prices subject to change. Holidays and special event rates vary, please contact for details.
Minimum stay is 2 nights.
In addition to rental rates, the following charges apply to each stay:
Sales and Lodging Taxes: 8.5% sales tax + 2% lodging tax
Cleaning Fee: $60 (non-refundable)
